CCF has cooperated with XiAN Jiaotong University, Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Science and Technology on “Manufacture, Study and Research”. The Introduction and absorption of domestic and foreign advanced compressor technologies, and usage of advanced technology tools of “3D installation and motion simulation”, “finite element analysis of structure strength” “compressor pipeline pulsation and vibration analysis calculation ”, “compressor crankshaft torsional vibration analysis” and “pipeline stress analysis calculation”, has made CCF in alignment with international standards.
公司拥有一支实力强、独具特色、多种专业工程师的研发团队，在国内中小型中高压压缩机研发实力名列前三，在军品压缩机领域处于垄断地位。承担了多项国家或地方研发项目，如“高性能天然气加气站成套设备研制及产业化”，国家产业振兴和技术改造项目——“高性能焦炉煤气压缩机产业化项目”，“M型高性能大型工艺压缩机产业化项目”，“国家级火炬计划项目”等。编制了多项国家和行业标准，如《GB/T25360-2010汽车加气站用往复活塞天然气压缩机》、JB/T10683-2006中、高压往复活塞空气压缩机》、《GJB 5355-2005导弹地面供气设备通用规范》等。中高压压缩机及CNG加气站成套设备获得重庆市“名牌产品”证书和国家科技成果证书。主要产品有高中压活塞式压缩机（最高排气压力大50MPa以上，工艺压缩机最大活塞力为50T，最大功率为5000kW）、CNG/LNG加气站成套设备、A1/A2类压力容器、特殊压缩机车。
CCF has a powerful and unique R&D team with a variety of professional R&D engineers. CCF ranked top three for its R&D ability in domestic market of small and medium-size medium&high pressure compressor. The military compressor is in monopoly position in the same field. Our R&D has implemented many national or local R&D projects, such as project of “development and industrialization of high-efficiency natural gas filling station complete equipment”; project of national industry revitalization and technology reform--”industrialization of high-efficiency coke oven gas compressor”; “industrialization project of type M high-efficiency large-size process gas compressor”; “national torch program”, etc.
R&D has participated in the formulation of several national and industry compressor standards, eg. GB/T25360-2010 Piston Reciprocating Natural Gas Compressor for Mobile Filling Stations, JB/T10683-2006 Medium & Large size Piston Air Compressor, GJB5355-2005 General specification for Missile Ground Air Feed Equipment. The medium&high pressure piston compressor and CNG complete equipment for filling station got Chongqing well-known brand certification, as well as national scientific and technological achievements certificates. Main products includes high-pressure and medium pressure piston compressor, which max. Discharge pressure is over 50MPa, Max. Piston force of process gas compressor is 50 ton, max. Power is 5000KW; CNG/LNG filling station equipment, category A1/A2 pressure vessel and special compressor mobile.
